WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is any time from 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Our reception is open 24/7 from 7:30 AM until 11 PM, in case you arrive early and want to drop off your luggage, our colleague will help you with that.

You can arrange late check-out for a small fee. Late check-out runs until 13:30, giving you more time to sleep in and relax before leaving. Late check-out also depends on availability, so make sure you reserve it when you’re making your booking.

DO YOU HAVE 24/7 RECEPTION?

Yes, Even-though the reception leaves at 11 PM, our night shift will be there to show you the room and you can have a rest and do the paper work the next day. Just give us a ring so we know you’re still coming.
 

IS THERE ANY CURFEW?

No, our hostel does not have any curfew and it welcomes guests 24/7. Although, after 11 PM, the hostels go to sleep. If you would like to continue your conversation, please use the Cafe.

IS YOUR LOCATION CENTRAL?

Our hostels are located at the heart of Isfahan, 12 minutes walking distance to the main square and 20 minutes to the river and bridges.
 

DO YOU PROVIDE A PARKING SPACE?

Yes, we do!

In Sarv Hostel, our yard has enough space to park 8 cars, 12 motorbikes, and as many bicycles easily at once; and it is also possible to double that on demand. The entrance fits almost all kinds of cars and campers up to the height of 2.5 meters.

Mahbibi Hostel has enough space for bicycles, but not for cars and motorbikes. But don’t worry! Since the two hostels are located just 200 meters away from each other, the guests can park their cars or motorbikes in Sarv Hostel and take a couple of minutes to walk to their place of accommodation. Also, it’s possible to park in front of the hostel; it’s free and safe as well.

WHAT IS INCLUDED ON MY STAY?

Breakfast, Free Walking Tour, WiFi, Linens and Towels are included on your stay. Our staff is always there to help you out with anything else.
 

ARE THERE FACILITIES FOR BABIES AT MAHBIBI?
Babies aged 2 years and younger can stay for free with their parents in private rooms. You can request for a baby cot before arrival, subject to availability. Simply get in touch with the local team.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE BEFORE AND AFTER CHECK-IN?
Yes. you can leave your luggage at the reception, we do have CCTV in the most common places. If you have valuables you can also give them to the front-desk, they will keep it in the specially designed lockers for this purposes.

DOES MAHBIBI HOSTEL HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
If you need to cancel a hostel booking, make sure you check our cancellation policy first. Then you can find the cancellation link from the booking confirmation email. You can also contact us directly through: [email protected] with your booking refrence.

CAN I PAY FOR MY ROOM BY CASH?

Yes, you can pay cash at check in. We do accept Euros, IRR and USD. The exchange rate will be calculated through the daily market rate.
